Payroll SAP Consultant (Functional Analyst I)

Experience: 3- 4 years

Nationality: Saudi Nationals only

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.

• 3 to 4 Proven experiences as an SAP Payroll Consultant or similar role.

• knowledge of SAP Payroll module, including configuration, schema, and rules.

• Prior understanding of payroll processes.

• Proficient in SAP Payroll configuration tools.

• Prior experience in implementing and supporting SAP Payroll solutions, including end-to-end project lifecycle.

• Ability to analyses complex payroll requirements and design appropriate solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyses, and resolve system issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• SAP certification in Payroll module is preferred.

• Knowledge of other SAP modules, such as HR and finance, is a plus.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
