Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

  • Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and payroll policies.
  • Handle employee earnings, deductions, allowances, overtime, and end-of-service calculations.
  • Reconcile payroll reports and coordinate with Finance for payments and reporting.
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation for audits and internal reviews.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll records.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • 3 5 years of proven experience in payroll, preferably with exposure to KSA payroll systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Menaitech (MenaME) payroll system.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to data confidentiality.
