Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for Egypt and Saudi Arabia.
- Maintain and update employee payroll data in the HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and payroll policies.
- Handle employee earnings, deductions, allowances, overtime, and end-of-service calculations.
- Reconcile payroll reports and coordinate with Finance for payments and reporting.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation for audits and internal reviews.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, taxation, and benefits.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- 3 5 years of proven experience in payroll, preferably with exposure to KSA payroll systems.
- Hands-on experience with Menaitech (MenaME) payroll system.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll reporting tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- High integrity and commitment to data confidentiality.
