Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess children's physical abilities and developmental milestones using specialized tests and observations, creating a baseline for treatment.
- Develop and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans, incorporating play-based activities to enhance engagement and progress.
- Provide hands-on therapy techniques, such as manual therapy, exercises, and hydrotherapy, adapting methods to suit each child's needs and age.
- Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies to support their child's progress outside of therapy sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, ensuring a strong academic foundation.
- Holds a valid license or registration to practice physiotherapy in the relevant jurisdiction, demonstrating legal authorization.
- Carries certifications in pediatric physiotherapy or related areas, showcasing specialized knowledge and expertise.
- Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of experience working with children in a clinical setting, proving practical experience.
