Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement people and culture strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.

  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and manage employee engagement, recognition, and wellness programs.
  • Advise and support managers on performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Analyze workforce data and trends to inform strategic HR decisions.
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Manage and optimize remote and hybrid work arrangements to support employee productivity and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align people practices with business objectives and organizational growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 7 years in Tech industry

Saudi market experience is a mandatory.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in human resources, people management, or a related field.

Proven track record in developing and executing people and culture strategies.

Strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements in Saudi and Egypt.

Demonstrated experience in employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience supporting remote or hybrid teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with HRIS and other HR technology platforms.

Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.
