Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Provide advanced guidance to employees and managers on people and organisation related concerns.
- Drive employee engagement activities, acting as a key point of contact for teams and leaders.
- Assist in designing and delivering engagement initiatives that align with organizational values.
- Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs.
- Manage compliance with Egypt labor laws and internal policies.
- Ensure hiring processes are in line with organizational targets and requirements.
- Maintain accurate data and regularly audit employee files for compliance.
Desired Candidate Profile
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an people and organisation support role with expanded responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Egypt labor laws and experience supporting compliance initiatives.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to support managers and employees.
