Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Enterprise Holding is currently expanding, so, we re hiring:
People & Culture Specialist to join our HR team
> with 1 to 2 years' experience in the same role.
Responsibilities:
-Conduct performance evaluations (monthly, quarterly, and annually) to monitor progress and identify development needs.
- Identify skill gaps and competency needs at individual, team, and organizational levels.
- Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning modules, and development pathways.
- Able to create and manage monthly / quarterly/ yearly Loyalty program for events, including agenda planning, activities design, and gift recommendations.
- Plan, allocate, and oversee budgets for employee engagement activities and professional training programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
