Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the annual people development strategy across commercial and non-commercial teams.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing learning team.
  • Design innovative learning programs using Instructional Design and LMS tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning with business goals and new product launches.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Desired Candidate Profile

MBA (mandatory) preferably in HR, Learning & Development, or Business.

Minimum 5 years of experience in People Development, L&D, or Talent Development (pharma, consumer health, or FMCG).

At least 2 years in a leadership role managing learning or people development teams.

Certified Trainer with Train-the-Trainer (TOT) certification.

Strong expertise in Instructional Design and LMS management.

Excellent communication and fluency in English.
