Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement and Culture

  • Design and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

  • Act as a steward of the organizationu2019s culture, ensuring it reflects its values and vision.

Requirements

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, or related field (Masteru2019s degree preferred).

  • Proven HR leadership experience.

  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.

  • Proven track record in developing and implementing people strategies in a dynamic environment.
