Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Performance Business Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by delivering end-to-end BI solutions across multiple assignments and projects. The role requires strong consulting exposure, the ability to translate business needs into functional specifications, and advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis skills. The position will work closely with business stakeholders, leadership teams, and technical resources to design, develop, and deploy scalable BI dashboards and insights.
Business Intelligence & Analytics
Manage the full BI lifecycle, from requirements gathering and data modeling to visualization, deployment, and user adoption
Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic, operational, and financial decision-making
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior management
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
Work across multiple projects and assignments, supporting different business functions and use cases
Lead workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements
Develop clear functional and technical specifications, business requirement documents (BRDs), and user stories
Act as a trusted advisor to business users, bridging the gap between data, technology, and strategy
Data & Technical Responsibilities
Collaborate with data engineering teams on data sourcing, validation, and transformation
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across BI solutions
Apply Agile methodologies, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
Continuously improve BI frameworks, performance, and visualization standards
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Support KPI definition, performance measurement, and benchmarking initiatives
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and enhance analytical depth
Contribute to BI best practices, templates, and reusable analytics components
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline
Minimum 5 years of professional experience within the GCC, preferably in a consulting or advisory environment
Proven experience delivering multiple BI projects across different domains or industries
Strong exposure to full-cycle BI implementation and analytics delivery
Experience producing functional specifications, dashboards, analytical models, and executive-level reports
Strong data interpretation, storytelling, and visualization skills
Preferred Profile
Prior experience with consulting firms or project-based analytics roles
Ability to work independently across parallel assignments
