Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Retail store sales executive dealing with selling branded designer perfumes
Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively engaging customers and driving product sales, focusing on premium fragrance offerings.
Provide expert product knowledge and personalized fragrance consultations to customers, guiding them to scents that match their preferences and needs.
Manage and maintain the visual merchandising of the perfume display, ensuring it's attractive, organized, and reflects current brand campaigns.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and follow-up, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Update inventory and pictures on e-commerce website
Social media knowledge is a plus
Knowledge of working with a PoS system
Desired Candidate Profile
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus, showing a foundation for success.
Required Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in cosmetics or fragrances, demonstrating familiarity with the industry.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, showcasing a history of success and drive.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
Knowledge of Arabic and English
