Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for permanent IT positions, ensuring alignment with departmental needs and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop clear and compelling job descriptions that effectively attract top talent in the IT sector.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and industry networking, to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, evaluating technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition, showcasing a proven track record in permanent placements.

  • Relevant certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or IT-specific recruitment certifications are highly valued.

  • Experience in the technology sector, with a deep understanding of various IT roles and skill sets.


Candidates must have relevant experience in Pipeline, EPC, Oil & Gas, Flowline, Brownfield, Upstream Facilities, or Wellhead projects. Preference will be given to candidates with prior Gulf experience, especially those who have worked on ADNOC projects. ✅ Clean Shave facial policy is applicable ❌ Candidates with Metro Line, Building Line, or Road Infrastructure experience are NOT eligible No Building construction experience except for road safety coordinators
