Roles & Responsibilities

JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Management:

  • Organize professional and personal schedules.
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, letters).

Travel and Logistics:

  • Arrange travel (flight, hotel, transportation bookings).
  • Prepare detailed itineraries and manage visa applications if necessary.

Personal Support:

  • Coordinate with service providers and other collaborators.
  • Handle personal purchases and specific family requests.

Project Management:

  • Supervise ad hoc projects (e.g., event planning, relocations).
  • Communicate and follow up on priorities with stakeholders.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.

Tools:

  • Proficiency in office tools (MS Office, Google Suite).

Conditions

Position based in Beirut.

Occasional travel to Dubai or other destinations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Personal Assistant supporting high-level executives.

Languages: Excellent command of French and English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • Proactive and quick problem-solving abilities.
