Roles & Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities:

Managing daily calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries

Following up on internal tasks and deadlines

Coordinating with department heads and external partners

Supporting operational initiatives when needed

Maintaining professional filing and documentation systems

Our business ecosystem includes Shopify, Liberty POS, QuickBooks, JotForm, Zapier, internal dashboards, and various cloud-based tools. You must be comfortable with:

  • Troubleshooting and solving issues efficiently
