Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Act as Personal Assistant to the Director – manage calls, meetings, reminders, and schedules.
Serve as Receptionist – greet visitors, manage office correspondence, and maintain a professional front desk.
Coordinate with drivers and staff, ensuring timely updates and smooth operations.
Handle basic accounting tasks – petty cash, expenses, invoices, and supplier payments.
Prepare and maintain office documents, records, and purchase files.
Conduct outdoor work such as document submissions, pickups, and purchasing.
Follow up on daily tasks, provide activity updates, and assist in company errands.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely completion of assigned duties.
