Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing of our executive couple and employees to enhance performance and productivity
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for varying fitness levels
- Conduct physical assessments and monitor individual progress
- Provide one-on-one and group coaching focused on mindset, resilience, stress management
- Develop and support a holistic corporate wellness strategy aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to promote a culture of sustainable high performance
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback to measure program effectiveness
- Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with UAE regulations and best practices
Desired Candidate Profile
- Certification from a recognized organization, such as ACE or NASM, demonstrating a solid foundation in fitness principles.
- Strong knowledge of physical training, injury prevention, and workplace ergonomics
- Proven experience in stress management, coaching, and habit formation Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to work confidentially and professionally Experience working with multicultural, international teams
- Adaptability, organization, and a results-driven mindset
- A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred, showcasing a deeper understanding of human physiology.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in personal training or fitness coaching, indicating a proven track record of success.
- Fluency in English;
