Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Main responsibilities:
- Works with a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
- Develops the coaching session program based on the clients' needs
- Prepares the teaching sessions and adapts them to the needs of the clients
- R meets customer expectations in terms of session diversity, progression, and performance objectives.
- Adheres to the theoretical and practical training program established beforehand with the client
- Informs the client about the operation, the organization of the premises, the course of treatment and its benefits
- Keeps the appointment book and is able to anticipate changes in schedules, following delays or cancellations.
- Ensures the proper use of the facilities and equipment made available to it
- Guaranteed customer safety for the duration of the session
- Handles the management and monitoring of stocks of equipment and products necessary for its activity.
- Participates in Institute team meetings, departmental meetings.
- Reports any complaint or malfunction originating from the customer up their hierarchy.

Good knowledge of sports and teaching and coaching techniques
