Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with new hires to collect all hiring documents, ensuring completeness and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Follow up with new employees until all mandatory documents (contracts, personal IDs, certificates, forms, etc.) are received and properly filed.
  • Maintain and update employee files, personnel records, and HR databases (soft and hard copies).
  • Prepare employment contracts, renewals, probation confirmations, internal transfers, and HR letters.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of S1, S2, S6 and other Social Insurance forms (additions, removals, data updates, salary adjustments, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate monthly logs of all social insurance transactions and ensure proper filing.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries related to personnel files, insurance, and labor documentation.
  • Provide employees with required personnel documents and letters (salary statements, experience letters, warnings, etc.).
  • Assist in communicating HR policies, updates, and regulatory changes.
  • Coordinate with the medical insurance company regarding additions, removals, renewals, medical claims, and monthly updates.
  • Maintain proper documentation and accurate tracking of employee medical insurance status.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 3 years of experience in Personnel or HR administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance procedures (S1, S2, S6).
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ZK time attendance software (managing attendance, overtime, shifts, reports, and device data extraction).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience supporting payroll operations is an advantage.
