Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attendance & Leave Management
- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system (Fingerprint machine).
- Follow up and enter data for every transaction on the attendance system (missing punch, shift edits, corrections, etc.).
- Provide periodic reports on employees regularity, including attendance, absence, vacations, sick leaves, and lateness.
- Control the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees.
- Social & Medical Insurance
- Handle all Social Insurance procedures (Form 1, Form 2, Form 6, salary updates, file management).
- Handle Medical Insurance procedures, including employee enrollment, termination, and ongoing updates.
- Governmental Relations
- Deal with external governmental offices such as the Labor Office and Social Insurance Office.
- Ensure compliance with all Egyptian Labor Law requirements.
- Personnel Documentation
- Create, maintain, and update personnel files in compliance with Egyptian Labor Law.
- Keep employee records accurate, complete, and up to date.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree .
- 3 5 years of experience in Personnel .
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Excellent command of MS Office and attendance systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
