Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle employee files and ensure they are complete and up to date.
- Manage attendance, leaves, and vacations records.
- Prepare and process hiring, resignation, and termination documents.
- Handle social insurance and labor office procedures.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR letters (warnings, confirmations, etc.).
- Support payroll preparation by providing attendance and personnel data.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and company policies.
- Respond to employees inquiries related to HR and personnel matters.
- Prepare periodic HR reports when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a personnel or human resources role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
