Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a consistent and fair workplace.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate information.
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and overtime, and prepare related reports for management.
- Facilitate employee performance appraisal processes and maintain related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating records and processes as needed.
- Participate in organizing training sessions, workshops, and staff development initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to support HR-related projects and initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a personnel or HR-related role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
