Pest Control manager ALNAJMA ALFAREEDA INT. BUILDING MAINTENANCE LLC

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Management:
  Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily pest control operations across multiple sites.
  Allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and chemicals.
  Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to all clients.
• Compliance & Safety:
  Ensure all pest control activities comply with UAE health, safety, and municipality regulations (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi Municipality).
  Maintain updated knowledge of pesticide laws, usage restrictions, and licensing requirements.
  Enforce strict safety protocols in storage, handling, and application of pesticides.
• Team Leadership:
  Lead, train, and evaluate pest control technicians.
  Conduct regular briefings, safety drills, and technical training.
  Ensure technicians are properly certified and licensed (Dubai Municipality card, etc.).
• Client Relationship Management:
  Act as the point of contact for key clients and respond promptly to concerns or complaints.
  Conduct site visits and recommend tailored pest control programs.
  Prepare and present service reports, proposals, and recommendations.
• Inventory & Budget Control:
  Manage inventory of chemicals, tools, and PPE.
  Monitor and control operational costs within set budgets.
  Recommend procurement of new tools and eco-friendly pest solutions.
• Reporting & Documentation:
  Prepare monthly performance reports and KPIs for upper management.
  Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
  Assist in audits and quality control inspections.
