Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional grooming services, including bathing, haircuts, nail trimming, and ear cleaning, tailored to each pet's breed and needs.
  • Offer exceptional customer service, assisting clients with appointment scheduling, product recommendations, and addressing any pet-related concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized grooming salon and retail space, adhering to strict hygiene standards and ensuring a safe environment for pets and staff.
  • Manage inventory and restock shelves, ensuring a wide selection of pet food, toys, and accessories are readily available for purchase.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of general knowledge.
  • Holds a grooming certification from a recognized institution, showcasing formal training in pet grooming techniques.
