Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all pharmacy operations, ensuring efficient dispensing of medications and adherence to legal regulations.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize waste, optimize stock levels, and prevent medication shortages.
- Lead and mentor a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative and professional work environment.
- Develop and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures, ensuring patient safety and regulatory compliance.
- Provide expert medication counseling to patients, addressing their questions and concerns about their prescriptions.
- Monitor and evaluate medication usage patterns to identify and address potential drug interactions or adverse effects.
- Manage the pharmacy budget and financial performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities and maximizing profitability.
- Stay updated on the latest pharmaceutical advancements, guidelines, and regulations through continuous professional development.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy
Valid Qatar MoPH Pharmacist License
Minimum 2–5 years of retail pharmacy
