Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: Nexus Blue Project Management is looking for a skilled and creative Photo & Video Editor to join our in-house team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and enhancing visual content, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with our brand identity and project goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and enhance photos and videos for marketing, social media, and client projects.

  • Perform colour correction, grading, retouching, and post-production work.

  • Create engaging video content including cuts, transitions, effects, and sound design.

  • Collaborate with the videography and marketing team to deliver creative outputs.

  • Maintain consistency in style, branding, and quality across all content.

  • Manage and organize media files efficiently.

  • Stay updated with latest editing trends and techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

  • Strong expertise in editing tools such as:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro.

    • Adobe After Effects.

    • Adobe Photoshop.

    • Adobe Lightroom.

    • Final Cut Pro (preferred).

    • DaVinci Resolve (plus point).

  • Good understanding of colour grading, audio editing, and visual storytelling.

  • Knowledge of formats, codecs, and exporting for different platforms.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in photo and video editing.

  • Strong attention to detail and creative mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

  • Must be based in Dubai and available for on-site work.

  • Portfolio showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday.

  • 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

  • Full time, on-site.


Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of videography or shooting content.

  • Experience in social media content editing (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).

  • Motion graphics and animation skills.
