Roles & Responsibilities

Installation and configuration: Setting up new multifunction devices, printers including network connectivity, ensuring they are properly configured and operational

Troubleshooting, repair and maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.

Customer support and Training: Providing technical support and assistance to clients, either on-site or over the phone, and educating clients about the proper use of equipment, including troubleshooting common issues.

Upgrades and Compliance: Assisting in the installation of software upgrades or new features on existing MFPs, and other equipment. Ensuring all work is performed in accordance with safety and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience with service and maintenance of copiers, multifunctional printers and fax machines.
  • Outstanding troubleshooting and Customer Relations skills
  • Ability to work independently while producing an exceptional quality of work
  • Driving license: Light Vehicle license, whether manual or automatic.?
  • Not more than 35 years old.

YEARS OF EXPERTISE:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
