Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Video Production

  • Conceptualize, shoot, and edit compelling video content for social media, campaigns, and events.

  • Plan, light, and direct video shoots across locations (studio, client sites, and events).

  • Create short-form and long-form video formats (reels, interviews, brand films, case studies).

  • Edit and color-grade videos for final delivery, optimizing for different platforms and formats.

 

Photography

  • Capture professional-grade photography for campaigns, events, portraits, and behind-the-scenes.

  • Ensure consistent visual quality, composition, and brand aesthetic.

  • Manage and organize a visual asset library for easy reuse and access.

 

Creative Direction & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and strategists to translate concepts into strong visuals.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns and storytelling.

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure visual outputs align with strategic goals.


Innovation & Technical Excellence

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in visual storytelling, videography, lighting, and editing.

  • Experiment with new styles, formats, and camera techniques to enhance creative output.

  • Explore and integrate AI-based visual tools, motion graphics, and animation when relevant.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

  • 2-5 years of experience in videography, photography, or visual content production.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, editing, and creative direction.

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Photoshop.

  • Experience operating DSLR/mirrorless cameras, gimbals, drones, and studio lighting setups.

  • Understanding of color grading, sound design, and post-production workflows.

  • Knowledge of video compression, file formats, and social media platform specifications.

  • Familiarity with AI or motion design tools is a plus.

 

Soft Skills

  • Strong visual sense and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple shoots/projects.

  • Excellent communication and team collaboration.

  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about capturing emotion and storytelling through visuals.

 

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of Arabic language for regional content shoots.

  • Experience in creating B2B or corporate brand videos.

  • Drone license and experience in aerial cinematography.
