Ensure consistency with brand aesthetics, lighting, and composition.

Edit and retouch photos for optimal visual appeal and social media formats.



Videography

shoot short-form video content (e.g. reels, stories, TikToks).

Capture live events, campaigns, customer interactions, or product usage.

Operate equipment such as gimbals, tripods, ring lights, etc.



Editing

Edit photos and videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, Cap Cut, etc.

Add transitions, subtitles, music, voiceovers, and effects that align with platform trends.

Deliver content in platform-optimized formats and dimensions.



Content Collaboration

Work closely with the social media team/marketing team to understand campaign goals.

Brainstorm creative ideas and visual concepts for upcoming posts and promotions.

Participate in weekly content planning and calendar reviews.



Requirements:

Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).

Strong knowledge of editing tools and social media trends.

Ability to work independently and meet content deadlines.

Strong sense of storytelling, aesthetics, lighting, and composition.

Knowledge of various social platforms technical specs and algorithmic preferences.

Familiarity with content for industries like food, fashion, events, or hospitality is a plus.

Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
