Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description: Nexus Blue Project Management is seeking a creative and proactive Videographer & Video Editor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end content creation, including shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content aligned with the company’s branding and marketing objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality videos and photographs for company projects and campaigns.

  • Edit videos and photos for digital platforms, marketing materials, and social media.

  • Conceptualize creative ideas, storyboards, and scripts for video content.

  • Identify and coordinate suitable shooting locations.

  • Manage the complete production process from pre-production to post-production.

  • Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques.

Desired Candidate Profile

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

  • Strong proficiency in video editing and post-production tools such as:

    • Adobe Premiere Pro.

    • Adobe After Effects.

    • Final Cut Pro.

    • Adobe Photoshop.

    • Adobe Lightroom.

  • Good understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and sound setup.

  • Knowledge of video formats, compression, and social media content optimization.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in videography and editing.

  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability.

  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently.

  • Good understanding of film production and content creation processes.

  • Based in Dubai and available to work on-site.

  • Must be able to provide a portfolio showcasing previous work.


Working Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday.

  • 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

  • Full time On-site.


Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

  • Existing network of models, influencers, or content creators.

  • Experience in social media content production.
