Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of all plant equipment, machinery, and systems.
- Own the responsibility to monitor, log and report fuel efficiency of every unit fleet owned and engaged temporarily on a hire basis on projects.
- Plan and execute preventative and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize operational downtime.
- Design, manage, and implement engineering projects to upgrade or improve plant performance and safety.
- Ensure all plant operations are in full compliance with local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with plant machinery and systems.
- Develop and manage the maintenance department's budget.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of spare parts and critical components.
- Conduct regular inspections of the plant to identify potential issues before they cause failures.
- Collaborate with the production team to optimize equipment performance and efficiency.
