Plant Manager / Bakery

Role Summary : Responsible for end-to-end management of the bakery manufacturing facility, covering production, maintenance, hygiene, and warehousing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations Leadership : Develop and execute strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and drive continuous improvement.
• Production Managemen t: Oversee large-scale production of bread, donuts, and viennoiserie.
• Quality & Compliance : Ensure full compliance with food safety, health, and environmental standards.
• Team Leadership : Lead and manage a large, multidisciplinary team, driving engagement and performance.
• Technical Oversight : Manage automation technologies (e.g., Rademaker, Rondo, Fritsch systems).
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with corporate teams and, if applicable, agricultural teams.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Experience : 10+ years in industrial bakery manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.

Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of automated bakery production processes (Rondo, Fritsch).

Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Language : English is required; Arabic is highly preferred.
