Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules, optimizing resource allocation to meet delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports to management, identifying areas for improvement.
- Lead and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative environment to enhance team performance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
Certifications in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma are highly desirable to enhance process efficiency.
Experience in the specific industry (e.g., bakery, hospitality, consumer goods) is preferred for relevant insights.
