Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production plans to ensure timely output.
Monitor KPIs (output, yield, downtime, scrap rate) and drive efficiency improvements.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and internal quality standards.
Lead, train, and motivate production teams for peak performance.
Enforce safety, hygiene, and HSE protocols across the production floor.
Coordinate with maintenance for servicing, repairs, and preventive actions.
Manage raw material and packaging inventory, minimizing wastage and ensuring proper reconciliation.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
8 10 years of proven experience in F&B production management (preferably bakery or food factory).
Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and food safety standards.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within timelines.
