Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Set personnel targets to achieve management objectives.
- Prepare and execute production plans to meet these targets.
- Monitor and control daily accomplishment reports.
- Organize and utilize the workforce to ensure program and schedule execution with optimal quality.
- Ensure the efficiency of equipment, tools, and the availability of all essential raw materials to meet production targets.
- Coordinate activities across departments or teams.
- Evaluate the performance of production personnel.
Qualification
