Plumber supervisor MOVENPICK

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team in Baghdad, Iraq. The successful candidate will oversee plumbing projects, manage a team of plumbers, and ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and local regulations.

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects from inception to completion
• Manage and mentor a team of plumbers, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
• Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and provide technical guidance to team members
• Collaborate with other construction professionals and stakeholders to ensure project success
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, materials used, and labor hours
• Stay updated on local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Implement water conservation techniques and sustainable plumbing practices
• Ensure proper maintenance and care of plumbing tools and equipment

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on plumbing experience, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role
• Valid plumbing certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of plumbing systems, local building codes, and safety regulations
• Strong project management skills, including budgeting and resource allocation
• Excellent leadership and team-building abilities
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant computer applications
• Experience with water conservation techniques and sustainable plumbing practices
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
