Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Lead and manage the plumbing team, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training.
  • Ensure staff adhere to safety procedures and standard operating protocols.
  • Maintain daily work schedules and manage manpower for efficient operations.
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of water supply systems, drainage, sewage, and sanitary installations.
  • Respond promptly to plumbing emergencies to prevent service interruptions.
  • Conduct routine inspections to detect leaks, blockages, or equipment failure and implement preventative measures
  • Supervise plumbing-related renovation, installation, or upgrade projects

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and sewage systems.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to read plumbing schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
