Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include;
- Leading and manage all aspects of cost and commercial management on assigned projects.
- Providing accurate cost advice and forecasting throughout pre-contract and post-contract phases.
- Conducting tender analysis, contract administration, valuations, and change management.
- Preparing cost plans, bills of quantities (BOQs), and procurement documentation.
- Managing variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
- Liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensuring compliance with local and international standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Mentoring and guide junior staff, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Supporting business development efforts by contributing to proposals, pitches, and client meetings when required.
Desired Candidate Profile
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years work experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying.
Chartered status with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors will be viewed favorably.
