Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As part of our current needs, we are looking for a Junior Project Management Officer (PMO). The Junior PMO participates in the management and monitoring of projects within the organization. They assist project managers in coordination, reporting, and tracking the progress of activities. Their main responsibilities are as follows: Monitoring project progress and updating schedules; Preparing dashboards and project reports (KPIs, performance indicators); Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing project data; Monitoring risks, actions, and roadblocks; Participating in project meetings and writing meeting minutes; Ensuring coordination between the various stakeholders
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in project management or PMO support. Strong command of Excel (VBA and macros a plus). Comfortable with project reporting and tracking tools. Good level of English (written and spoken). Rigorous, organized, and analytical.
