Roles & Responsibilities

  • Identify, research, and proactively approach potential guests for InZone’s CEO Podcast

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-quality guests including:

o Entrepreneurs & founders

o Business leaders & C-level executives

o Investors & venture capital professionals

o Government representatives / policy influencers (where relevant)

o Industry disruptors, innovators, and thought leaders

o Influencers / creators

  • Screen and assess guests for relevance, credibility, and alignment with podcast positioning

  • Own end-to-end guest outreach including communication, follow-ups, and scheduling coordination

  • Clearly communicate podcast objectives, episode themes, and briefing details to guests

  • Track UAE and global market trends to identify relevant personalities and topics

  • Monitor LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and industry networks for trending voices and emerging influencers

  • Collaborate closely with content and production teams to align guest strategy with editorial direction

  • Maintain and continuously grow a strong UAE-based business and media network

  • Support strategic guest planning for upcoming podcast episodes

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in podcasting, media, PR, talent booking, influencer marketing, or executive outreach

  • Strong experience in the UAE/GCC market is mandatory

  • Prior exposure to senior stakeholders, founders, or public figures is highly preferred
