Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Proactively contact potential clients in Polish-speaking markets to verify their inquiries and introduce available real estate opportunities. Qualify leads by conducting detailed needs assessments and understanding client preferences and budget requirements. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status in the CRM system. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support sales conversion.
Desired Candidate Profile
Fluency in Polish, and English with strong verbal and written communication skills. 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service; real estate experience is an advantage. Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused communication style. Ability to work independently
