About The Role

The Pool Attendant provides guests with water and oshibori service, spritzing, towels and assistance with seating arrangements at the beach.

Main Duties/Description

What you will do

• Oversee service of guest amenities (towel set-up, cold towels, juices, fruits and other amenities) to ensure guests are provided with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards.
• Assist guests in seating, offering towel, and informing them of amenities, hotel information and food and beverage service.
• Oversee the maintenance of the pool deck and equipment.
• Provide guests with a level of service in keeping with Four Seasons standards including; Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits and other amenities needed.
• Utilize the hotel computer system by ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and complete end of day revenue reports.
• Conduct all opening & closing procedures including obtain pool keys, un/locking all cabinets, setting up amenities and organizing pool towels.
• Wipe down, set up and move, when necessary all pool deck equipment.
• Handle the umbrellas, heaters and evening light set up and breakdown.
• Stock and discard towels and other supplies as outlined and transport from other departments to your own.
• Work closely with third party lifeguards to ensure safe and secure wet areas.
• Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in Employee Handbook.
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the F&B Outlet Manager or Assistant Director of Food & Beverage.
  
  

What You Bring

• A minimum of1 year of experience in the similar role in a luxury brand
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and/or wine
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing)
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
