Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Pool Butler provides a personalized, high-end service to guests in the pool and beach area. He/She ensures the comfort, satisfaction, and anticipation of guests' needs, while respecting the standards of excellence of a luxury establishment.
Luxury Service & Experience
Provide beverage and snack service (in coordination with F&B)
Offer refreshments, fresh towels, misting sprays, sunscreen
Offering special touches (fresh fruit, amenities, newspapers)
Manage special requests (reservations, excursions, spa)
Management & Organization
Prepare and maintain the pool area spotless
Keep the sun loungers and cabanas clean.
Replenish towels and amenities
Apply hygiene and safety standards
Desired Candidate Profile
Reception & Customer Relations
Warmly welcome customers upon their arrival at the pool
Set up the customers (towels, deckchairs, parasols)
Present the services and menu (drinks, food, spa, activities)
Anticipate needs and personalize the experience
Technical skills
Mastery of luxury service standards
Knowledge of hygiene and safety rules
Fluent English (other languages appreciated)

Excellent presentation
Attention to detail and anticipation
