Portfolio Manager Cards

Summary:
As a Portfolio Manager Cards, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance, profitability, and strategic growth of the bank s cards portfolio. This includes lifecycle management, data-driven analysis, campaign strategy execution, and continuous enhancement of product performance.

Responsibilities:
Manage the cards portfolio (credit and/or debit), analyzing trends, customer behavior, and revenue performance.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize card usage, retention, and profitability.
Monitor key portfolio KPIs (activation, usage, delinquency, attrition, etc.) and drive targeted interventions.
Lead end-to-end campaign management: design, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
Work closely with analytics, credit risk, product, and marketing teams to drive growth.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 7 years of experience in card portfolio management within the Banking industry.
