Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the secondary real estate market
Handle qualified leads provided through Google & Meta campaigns
Source, negotiate, and close resale & commercial property deals
Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors
Provide market insights and investment guidance to clients
Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Desired Candidate Profile
1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits:
Attractive 50% – 50% commission structure
Company-provided leads (Google & Meta)
Full support for deal closure
High earning potential with no salary cap
Employment visa will be provided after the first successful closure
