Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the secondary real estate market

  2. Handle qualified leads provided through Google & Meta campaigns

  3. Source, negotiate, and close resale & commercial property deals

  4. Build strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors

  5. Provide market insights and investment guidance to clients

  6. Maintain consistent follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction

  7. Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. 1 to 3 years of real estate sales experience (UAE experience preferred)

  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills

  3. Proven ability to close deals

  4. Self-motivated and target-driven mindset

  5. Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage


Compensation & Benefits:
