Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Warmly welcome clients upon their arrival and ensure their departure with elegance.
Handle luggage with care and discretion
Assisting clients with their travel arrangements (taxis, cars, local directions)
Coordinate with reception and concierge services
Maintaining the image, security and prestige of the establishment at the hotel entrance
Desired Candidate Profile
Impeccable presentation and a strong sense of service
Excellent interpersonal skills and absolute discretion
Fluency in French and English (another language is an asset)
Experience in luxury hotels preferred
Availability, punctuality and team spirit
