Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive merchant acquisition for POS and Payment Gateway solutions across SME and corporate segments.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage new merchant relationships to expand the POS portfolio
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize merchant activation and revenue growth
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, coach, and monitor team performance to ensure achievement of monthly KPIs
  • Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, KYC requirements, and quality standards throughout the onboarding process

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Candidates must be currently based in UAE for face-to-face interviews
  • Minimum 2-3 years of UAE experience in POS / Merchant / Payment Solutions
  • Minimum 1 year of team handling experience
  • Strong network in SME / Merchant onboarding in UAE market
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the UAE banking or fintech sector.
