Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring a Power BI Data Analyst to own the reporting and visualization layer across the business and help us build a reliable, scalable decision-support function.

This is not a narrow dashboarding role. We need someone who can work across departments, understand business processes, connect data from multiple systems, and translate that into clear, trusted, and actionable reporting.


The Power BI Data Analyst will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of reporting and business intelligence outputs, including:

  • Integrating data from multiple business systems into usable reporting datasets

  • Designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for cross-functional teams

  • Defining, documenting, and tracking business KPIs

  • Supporting management reporting and operational performance reviews

  • Improving data consistency, report usability, and reporting turnaround time

  • Helping establish reporting standards, definitions, and governance discipline across departments

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience in brokerage, trading, financial services, fintech, or banking

  • Familiarity with reporting across commercial and control functions

  • Exposure to data from CRM platforms, trading systems, finance systems, and operations platforms

  • Experience working in businesses where data is spread across multiple systems and requires integration before reporting

  • Strong hands-on experience with Power BI in a business environment

  • Strong capability in DAX, Power Query, SQL, API integration, and Excel

  • Experience in data modeling, transformation, validation, and reporting design

  • Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for multiple business functions

  • Good understanding of KPI design, management reporting, and performance tracking
