Role Overview

The Power BI Specialist will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining business intelligence solutions with a primary focus on Postgres databases and Power BI. This role centers on building accurate reports, integrating multiple data sources, and optimizing BI tools to deliver timely, effective insights that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management

• Design and maintain efficient data structures within Postgres databases to support reporting needs.
• Ensure databases are optimized for performance, reliability, and accuracy.

Power BI Reporting

• Build and deploy Power BI reports efficiently while ensuring consistency and data accuracy.
• Maintain reporting standards across all integrated data sources.

Data Integration

• Integrate data from multiple sources into Power BI to support comprehensive reporting.
• Ensure smooth and reliable data flows that enable effective decision-making.

BI Tools & Advanced Analytics

• Support the deployment and optimization of business intelligence tools across the organization.
• Apply understanding of machine learning concepts to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Leverage familiarity with LLM integrations as they relate to BI tools and reporting workflows.

Collaboration

• Partner with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure reporting outputs align with business goals and operational requirements.
