Understand the cycle time of each product and perform machine loading and order scheduling based on defined priorities. Plan raw material (RM) requirements for projects and share details with Stores for availability check and indenting. Prepare and share the RM consumption plan with the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team based on machine loading. Coordinate regularly with the SCM team on material delivery schedules. Ensure raw materials are received on the committed dates and in the specified quantities. Monitor material receipt and ensure QC inspection and acceptance as per standards. Assess the impact of raw material delays on the production plan and proactively inform Sales Support / Sales teams. Coordinate with concerned stakeholders to close deviations observed in raw materials after receipt, on priority. Track plan vs. actual performance and analyze variance reasons. Coordinate closely with the Production Planner to ensure production is executed as per the agreed plan. Manage and resolve order-related deviations impacting production or delivery timelines. Inform the Project Team and Sales Team about revised production plans and escalate critical delays or deviations to the immediate manager. Ensure packing lists are shared as per the planned schedule. Coordinate with the Project Team and keep the QC team informed about TPI (Third Party Inspection) dates.
