Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to align administrative activities, approvals.

Prepare regular administrative and procurement reports, monitor expenses related to administration and travel, and ensure adherence to budgets and cost control measures.

Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

4 5 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role.

Proven experience working with ERP systems, particularly in PO creation and follow-up.

Experience managing corporate travel arrangements and office support services.
