Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the PR and communications plan to strengthen brand reputation and visibility across key announcements, launches, and campaigns

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with priority journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure consistent earned media coverage

  • Lead press office operations, including development of press releases, media kits, interview coordination, and PR-driven content to ensure clear and consistent messaging

  • Oversee and manage media test drive programs end-to-end to generate high-quality, relevant coverage

  • Drive executive profiling and thought leadership initiatives to enhance leadership positioning and credibility

  • Track, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics to optimize strategies and continuously improve results

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

  • Professional certification in PR / Corporate Communications (preferred)

  • 3–5 years of experience in PR and communications, ideally within automotive, luxury, or tech sectors

  • Proven experience managing media relations, press office operations, and PR plans across launches and campaigns

  • Experience coordinating interviews, executive profiling, and developing PR materials (press releases, media kits, speeches, quotes)

  • Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and external partners while overseeing day-to-day PR operations, including media test drive programs

  • Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage

  • Strong media relations expertise, storytelling ability, and PR writing skills (press releases, statements, Q&As, briefing documents)

  • Experience in reputation management and supporting issue/crisis communications with clear message control

  • Proficiency in media monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Meltwater, CARMA, or similar)

  • Ability to build and analyze PR performance reports (coverage quality, sentiment, share of voice)

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute under tight deadlines
