Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and execute the PR and communications plan to strengthen brand reputation and visibility across key announcements, launches, and campaigns
Build and maintain strong relationships with priority journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure consistent earned media coverage
Lead press office operations, including development of press releases, media kits, interview coordination, and PR-driven content to ensure clear and consistent messaging
Oversee and manage media test drive programs end-to-end to generate high-quality, relevant coverage
Drive executive profiling and thought leadership initiatives to enhance leadership positioning and credibility
Track, analyze, and report on PR performance metrics to optimize strategies and continuously improve results
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
Professional certification in PR / Corporate Communications (preferred)
3–5 years of experience in PR and communications, ideally within automotive, luxury, or tech sectors
Proven experience managing media relations, press office operations, and PR plans across launches and campaigns
Experience coordinating interviews, executive profiling, and developing PR materials (press releases, media kits, speeches, quotes)
Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and external partners while overseeing day-to-day PR operations, including media test drive programs
Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage
Strong media relations expertise, storytelling ability, and PR writing skills (press releases, statements, Q&As, briefing documents)
Experience in reputation management and supporting issue/crisis communications with clear message control
Proficiency in media monitoring and reporting tools (e.g., Meltwater, CARMA, or similar)
Ability to build and analyze PR performance reports (coverage quality, sentiment, share of voice)
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail and ability to execute under tight deadlines
